Q: What is a minimum order?

A: We do not have a minimum order quantity. For custom orders please contact us through the Corporate & Special Order page on our website to discuss design and pricing options.

Q: Can I order assorted colors?

A: Yes. When adding the item to your cart you are able to select the size and color of the item. Not applicable on all items.
  

Q:What is the engraving area?

A: Depending on the size of the item the engraving area can range from 2 1/2 inches by 3 inches. 

Q: For custom orders, what do I need to provide for a logo/artwork and how do I submit?

A: We prefer to have a vector file or high resolution image in standard format. (JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, TIF).  Contact us through the Corporate & Special Order page and someone will be glad to help.

Q: How will I know what my items will look like? 

A: In our shop you will see an example of the end product. We currently do not have a complete sample set. But we are constantly adding images and new products.

Q: How long does it take to make my item? How fast can I get it?

A: It typically takes 1-3 business days to manufacture your item. We ship all our items USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-3 days from coast to coast. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A:We accept three different forms of payment: Credit Card, Check and or Venmo. The Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

Payment is due at time of order.

Purchase Orders are subject to credit approval

Q: Can I get a sample item? 

A: For larger orders we will provide a sample item. But there are associated charges for samples. Contact us to learn more.
